What's your best price for this watch? +

The price is depend on your order quantity. Please kindly let us know the quantity you want. Any question about the prices, please contact us for discussion. Price is negotiable.

What's your MOQ? +

Stock goods: MOQ is 20pcs, not less than 5pcs each color, better multiple of 5, like 5,10,15...pcs.
Custom goods: MOQ is 100pcs per color, 300pcs for Stainless steel case.

Can you ship to my country? How long will the shipment take? +

We ship goods worldwide by DHL / TNT / UPS / EMS / FedEx / Aramex, etc. Shipping time depends on the shipping way you choose, generally it's within 15 days.

What's your packing? +

We offer several packing options for our customers.
* Free packing: our normal packing is 1 opp bag for 1 watch.
* Boxes packing: it will take extra charge. Pls search boxes on our website to know more details.

What about the warranty? +

We have our QC department. All the goods would be 100% inspected before shipment. Any problems that you find after receiving the goods, please contact us immediately for solutions.
We promise if the mov't has any problem could be repaired for free within 1 year from the date you buy. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from batteries consume, misuse, accidents, normal wear of strap and plating problems, or unauthorized repairs.
